First of all, moisturise your lips with a lip balm.

Apply generously over lips.

Now either get a bright pink lip liner or use a brush and a lip colour of a palette.

Line the lips with it.

Now get a bright pink lipstick (I use Clinique Chubby Stick and I would highly recommend it- like a cross between a lipbalm and a lipstick).

Apply all over lips.

Finally, get a lip gloss of a similar, if not paler colour to the lipstick you used (Clinique again, a very good makeup brand ;) ).
