Start with a kinda big strand of hair

Separate it into three strands

Start like a normal braid but after you crossed twice, stop

Now grab another strand from the side and add it to the strand that you would've crossed over next In a normal braid

Grab another strand from the other side and do the same thing as in step 4

Results

You can also do a lower French braid you just do the same thing but start lower
