Gather supplies. (The blue cups I ended up not using because they weren't smooth sided, which works best)

Cut a piece from the contact paper to cover your mug.

Take off backing from contact paper, lay mug down and roll paper tightly to cover cup.

Cut slits every inch along paper that is sticking out on top and bottom of cup. Fold pieces down, sticking to bottom of cup & inside of cup.

Fold pieces tightly down along cups rim.

Using white adhesive dots, decorate bowl.

You can cut some dots in half, to put along rim of bowl.

Set bowl on top of cup.
