Mix all ingredients ..

Dough should be no stick .. Knead it for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle it with olive oil and knead it for about 5 minutes

Sprinkle the bowl with oil

Place the dough and let rise for about 1 hour or until double sized ..

Make sure to cover it and put it in a warm place.

After rising ..

Cut the dough into 8 equal pieces .. They should be like a baseball size

For an easy, faster, and excellent results you'll need this kind of metal steaming rack. I found it at an Asian / Chinese supermarket.

When cutting of the dough, you rack should be preheated .. On a high heat

Put pan over a medium heat ..

Start rolling the dough not too thick nor too thin ..

Put the dough on the pan for few seconds

Take it to rack and flip it to the other side.

It'll start bubbling right away ..

All done ^^
